After entering the login data in the login mask in the secure area, the following text appears on the screen:<br/>'The User ID or password are invalid!'
The password and/or the user number were entered incorrectly.
You can only save the document from the invoice overview in the secure area in the "Digital Invoices" menu, you cannot open it.
The document is either a PDF or TIFF file. Please check whether Acrobat Reader or a TIFF Viewer is installed on your computer.
